Jerez is a pretty town, famous for sherry Bodega's and horses. The countryside we saw from the train was fairly dry and dusty after the summer months. We also noticed many public sculptures through the town.
We walked from the station for 30 minutes, and found the stables easily. There was a dressage competition also being held the same day so the grounds were busy.
The show was held in a large indoor arena, and there was different acts including horses being led in hand, carriages and actually dancing horses.
The pictures show it all- Amy was very excited and had a great day out
We stopped in a square on our way back to the train for another huge lunch- check out the burger Jack is about to conquer!!! The train back home allowed some time for a siesta, then we spent our last evening in the hills enjoying a swim and family dinner together.
